1. Vispa ägg & socker till "hård" konsistens i rostfri bunke</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
2. Ställ bunken över vattenbad med termometer. Vispa kraftigt hela tiden tills temperaturen uppnått ca 65 grader.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
3. Ta därefter bort bunken men SLUTA INTE vispa! Fortsätt vispa, för nu skall smeten kylas ner igen UNDER VISPNING, till den uppnått ursprunglig rumstempererad temp. Viktigt att du inte slutar vispa, då marängerna annars kommer sjunka ihop i ugnen (Leila Lindholm).</div>

4. Smält chokladen och blanda sedan i den när smeten svalnat. OBS! Rör bara lite för att få den snygga kontrastfärgen vit/brun i marängerna. Rör kanske 2 drag bara!</div>

Har nu inte testat dessa Ribs från Jensen´s Boefhus så rekommenderar jag det!<br />
Helt underbart goda, med två olka smaker : Chili & Barbeque Marinad.<br />
Kankse kan tyckas att grillsäsongen är över nu, men dessa passar lika bra att slänga in i ugnen!<br />
Har ni testat? Vi har provat lite olika sorter/märken men personligen är detta favoriten!<br />
Ibland finns de att köpa på Maxi, men sist hittade jag dem på City Grossen.</div>
